Laptops and Tablets for All

Research has demonstrated that when schools provide students with laptops for both in-class and at-home use, learning outcomes improve across various subjects, such as science, math, and English. Supplying laptops and tablets to students can accelerate their personal development. However, many schools in Iran, particularly those in rural and remote areas, face severe budget constraints, making it challenging to replace lost or outdated technology.

Nevertheless, the absence of internet access deprives students of essential skills needed to succeed in today's job market.

The goal of this project is to bridge this digital divide by providing laptops and tablets to schools, libraries, and educational-cultural centers in underserved regions of the country. This initiative relies on the collaboration of generous donors and both private and public organizations. Here's how it works: Individuals or institutions can contribute their old computers to select charitable institutes. These institutes then refurbish and upgrade the computers before distributing them to schools in deprived areas. This ensures that even students in the most remote parts of the country have access to cutting-edge technology.

You can make a difference by donating your old laptop or tablet, and rest assured that these electronic devices will find their way to Iran to benefit those in need.
